Collection of Information

In using our website you may be asked to share information in order to provide the best service possible. Any correspondence may also be collected and stored particularly in regard to sales, support, accounts and emails requesting information. Information sent to Biznorth may be stored also including any information collected from correspondence sent by you or your company. This information may also be collected in face to face interactions with you and also received via telephone, email or directly from our website.

Our Use and Storage of Collected Information is for the purposes of providing you with the services and goods provided by Biznorth as well as providing accounting information to our external accountant and bookkeeper. Information such as your email address and name are stored as part of our client database, this is not sold on to other companies or groups.

Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the service you have or are receiving the first thing to do is contact us so we can resolve any problems. If you are unable to attend a workshop we will be more than happy to carry over your investment to the same or similar workshop of your choice offered by Biznorth within a 6 month period of the original booking. Please note that refunds may be offered in exceptional circumstances and you should discuss your unique situation with us as well as the options available.
