Biznorth was engaged by a not-for-profit organisation to undertake a skills audit and review of its organisational structure by the new Chief Executive Officer.
Our audit uncovered a number of issues:
Our audit concluded that that the organisation needed to recruit a Chief Operating Officer and manage two redundancies. We also discovered that salary payments to Board members impacted the FTE numbers which under Fair Work, meant that the award required redundancy payments to be made.
Biznorth worked with the client to manage their organisation through these changes. We ensured they understand all their legal obligations; provided all redundancy documentation; communicated with staff and supported the redundant staff to find new employment.
