New Supervisor is a short course that provides you with the foundational knowledge and techniques to effectively make the transition from team member to team leader. With a focus on courageous communication, leadership style and functional workplace management.
You will learn about the legal requirements you are to implement, how to have difficult conversations and deal with attitudes and behaviours that are not in line with workplace productivity.
You will complete a Behavioural Preference profile during this course. You will learn techniques that you can put in place and use the next day after training to maximise your effectiveness in your role.
This course is also very suited to those who are very newly appointed to a supervisory role and to those existing supervisors / managers who are wanting to refresh their knowledge to contemporary business practices.
