The strongest foundation for this workshop is that change itself is not the problem — our human response to change is.
Change is already embedded in everything we do.
Our bodies change, relationships change, technology changes, workplaces evolve, people come and go, expectations shift.
Some change is so subtle we barely notice it; other change arrives abruptly and disrupts our sense of certainty and control.
People often say, “People don’t like change.” We challenge that.
People change things voluntarily all the time — homes, cars, hairstyles, technology, jobs, routines and relationships.
What people tend to resist is change they did not choose, do not understand, cannot influence, or believe may cost them something.
